Titusville Branch Library Closing for New Roof
The Titusville branch of the Birmingham Public Library will close at the end of business on September 11 for roof replacement. While construction on Titusville is underway, patrons may wish to visit other libraries in the vicinity, including Smithfield, West End, Southside, and Five Points West.
