Japanese puppeteers perform

BPL will host the Hitachi Puppet Show on April 27th at 6:30 p.m. in Central's Arrington Auditorium. This performance of traditional puppetry by the puppeteers of Hitachi, Japan, Birmingham's Sister City, is a lively expression of an enduring folk art. Hitachi is known throughout Japan for puppet performances which play a prominent role in religious and civic festivities.
