Dedication of the Wilma L. Cottrell Community Room

The Birmingham Public Library Board cordially invites you to attend the Wilma L. Cottrell Community Room Dedication Services on Saturday, February 9, at the East Ensley Branch Library. The reception will be at 11:00 a.m. followed by the dedication at 11:30.

Mrs. Cottrell was a long-time employee of the BPL system beginning in 1966. She served as head of the East Ensley Library from 1978 until her death in 2007. She was well-loved by the community and is still deeply missed.
