Celebrate Giving Tuesday With The Birmingham Public Library

The Birmingham Public Library (BPL) wishes patrons a happy Giving Tuesday! We ask that you remember us on this noteworthy day.

The mission of the global GivingTuesday movement is to inspire people around the world to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. Today is a special day for GivingTuesday, as the organization is celebrating its 10-year anniversary!

Please give to the Birmingham Public Library on this day of charity. To make a donation, click here. For your gift, the BPL will mail you (or a designated honoree) a note along with a unique bookmark featuring a reproduction of the Storybook Mural by noted Birmingham artist Carrie Hill.

Other ways to become involved with the BPL include becoming a member of the Friends Foundation of the BPL, volunteering, or paying a visit to the Friends Bookstore at downtown's Central Library. Please visit the Friends Foundation of the BPL website to learn more.

Your donations to the Birmingham Public Library enable us to offer engaging, transformative, relationship-building events and programming on a year-round basis.
