Tri-County Ala Chapter of the Links Presents BPL's Local Authors Expo This Saturday, November 2
The Birmingham Public Library 2024 Local Author Expo Presented by the Tri-County (Alabama) Chapter of The Links, Inc. is this Saturday, November 2. Come meet nearly 30 authors from across Alabama from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the first floor of the Central Library in downtown Birmingham, 2100 Park Place.
We still have a few slots left, but the registration deadline is this Wednesday. Authors can register to participate for $30 apiece. To register as an author, click here.
This year's theme is "AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Publishing."

The authors expo is free for attendees. Come meet local authors, buy their books and hear speakers sharing tips on how to get your books published, and learn about how AI' is impacting the book publishing field.
Incorporated in 2010, the Tri-County Alabama Chapter of the Links, Inc. is comprised of professional Black women from Jefferson, Shelby and St. Clair counties. It is affiliated with the national Links., Inc., which has over 16,000 members in 292 chapters in 41 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
One member of the Tri-County Alabama Chapter of the Links, Inc., Dr. Idrissa N. Snider, is participating in the 2024 BPL Local Authors Expo: Dr. Idrissa N. Snider. She is one of the featured speakers. Tri-County Alabama Chapter of the Links sponsored Dr. Snider and author Charlena Bray.
