Tickets to BPL's 3rd Annual A Novel Tasting on Sale Today!

Birmingham, Ala.  - The Friends Foundation of the Birmingham Public Library is excited to present the third annual A Novel Tasting, a benefit for the Birmingham Public Library. This elegant evening will take place on Thursday, April 11, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m., at the Central Library downtown.

A Novel Tasting will feature a tasting of fine wines, handcrafted beers, and locally distilled spirits. Guests will enjoy live music from Sol Música, catered food, a silent auction, complimentary drinks, and more! The event will be preceded by a special VIP reception between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.

We encourage you to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount. The first 50 people to purchase tickets to A Novel Tasting will get $25 off the regular ticket price. This promotion ends on Friday, March 1, so purchase your ticket today! 

Guests of A Novel Tasting will receive a customized wine glass, two complimentary drink tickets, and access to the tasting, cocktail bar, silent auction, and food buffet. Guests at the VIP reception will receive complimentary sparkling wine, an event tee, and unlimited drinks, as well as access to the main event. 

Participation in A Novel Tasting will help the Birmingham Public Library fulfill its mission of providing the highest-quality experience of lifelong learning, cultural enrichment, and enjoyment to the community. Proceeds from the event will fund programs at all BPL locations.
