If you have just started a small business, or even if you are just thinking about doing so, then you do not want to miss the upcoming program, Building a Bankable Business Plan—Part 1, held at the Central Library on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, 5:30–6:30 p.m. Attendees will learn about the components of an effective business plan and how one can be put together to best describe the goals and objectives of your company.

A well-developed business plan is not only essential in helping you secure funding for your business venture from potential investors and lenders, it serves also an invaluable tool in providing guidance to you in navigating the changes that will inevitably occur in the economic climate, industry trends, customer preferences, and the nature of your competition.

Program presenters will be experienced small business owners from the local chapter of SCORESCORE is a national non-profit organization that has been providing counseling and mentoring services to up-and-coming entrepreneurs since 1964.

This program is free and open to the public.
