Let's Talk with Lady Woo (Light refreshments will be served)
Join Five Points West Regional Library as we celebrate Black History Month and the 2025 theme: African Americans and the Labor Movement. We are honored to welcome "Lady Woo" Dana Woodruff, a beloved radio personality at 94.9 FM WATV in Birmingham, psychotherapist, and member of the Birmingham Public Library Board of Trustees.
Lady Woo will share her personal journey in the workforce, reflecting on how her experiences have shaped her own path and the lives of those in the community. Through her media and mental health work with Vital Life Family Counseling, Lady Woo has played a vital role in fostering cultural awareness resilience and social change.
