BPL Acknowledges This Year’s Sponsors of “A Novel Tasting”

The Birmingham Public Library (BPL) would like to acknowledge the businesses and organizations that have generously agreed to sponsor this year’s A Novel Tasting. Presented by the Friends Foundation of the BPL, this fun event will take place on Thursday, April 17, from 6:00 until 8:30 p.m. at downtown’s Central Library. It will be preceded by a VIP reception from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

If you haven’t yet purchased tickets to A Novel Tasting, please visit Eventbrite. Guests at A Novel Tasting will be treated to live music by Sol Música, an elegant silent auction, delicious food prepared by Ashley Mac’s, complimentary drinks, and BPL’s signature wine, beer, and spirits tasting.

The wine, beer, and spirits tasting will feature fine wine selections from AlaBev; tasty brews from Good People Avondale Brewing, Straight to Ale, Druid City, Yellowhammer Brewing, and Alabama Beer Company, and local spirits from Redmont Distilling, Sweet Home Spirits, and Mersey Craft Spirits.

Participation in A Novel Tasting will help the Birmingham Public Library provide the highest-quality experience of lifelong learning, cultural enrichment, and enjoyment to the community. Proceeds from the event will fund programs and services at all BPL locations.
