Ghoul's Ball Spooktacular, October 27

Don't miss out on a real treat and a devilishly good time. Be sure to register for the 3rd Annual Ghoul's Ball. This spooktacular event will take place in Central Library's Atrium on Thursday, October 27, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. We will have treats, games, airbrush tattoos, and a dance contest.
