Splat the Cat is an adorable fuzzy black kitten who has fears and feelings, just like everyone else. In this story, Splat is very nervous about his first day of school. What if he doesn't make any new friends? Just in case, Splat decides to bring along his pet mouse. He finds out that school was not that bad after all.
