Bards and Brews Tribute to Shakespeare Scheduled for April 6 at Central Library

What: Bards & Brews Open Mic Tribute to William Shakespeare
When: Friday, April 6, 2018, 6:30-9:00 p.m.
Where: Central Library, Central East Grand Reading Room
Details: Free and open to the public age 18 and up

Bards & Brews is doing its annual tribute to William Shakespeare in April in honor of the original bard’s birthday. The free open mic poetry performances will take place April 6 at the Central Library's Central East Grand Reading Room, first floor.

Entertainment will be provided by the Taco Truck Tuesday improv troupe at 6:30 p.m., and poetry will begin at 7:00 p.m. Longtime Bards & Brews poet Lee Green is a member of  Taco Truck Tuesday.
