Birmingham Public Library Adds "FinancialFit" to Database Collection

The Birmingham Public Library (BPL) is proud to announce the inclusion of FinancialFit to our database collection.

This is a free e-learning resource that breaks down personal finances, like creating a budget or managing debt, in a quick and approachable way.

The mission of FinancialFit is to provide easy-to-understand, interactive financial literacy to everyone. FinancialFit was created by educational and financial experts with over eighty years of combined experience helping people with diverse financial goals navigate complex topics. They have tackled personal finance to guide you on your way to financial understanding and freedom.

The Birmingham Public Library provides free access to FinancialFit, an e-learning resource containing short, easy-to-understand lessons, videos, and interactive tools to help you navigate all areas of personal finance. FinancialFit allows the user to learn the basics of monthly budgeting, managing expenses, planning for emergencies and big purchases, setting up bank accounts, and much more.

Most lessons can be completed in under five minutes each!

Visit the Birmingham Public Library to connect to FinancialFit:

Patrons can create personal accounts in order to save their work in progress, store score reports, and revisit any practice tests, tutorials, or eBooks. Registration only requires a valid email address and a password.

You may need a BPL library card to access this resource outside of a BPL library.
