Celebrating Black History Month reminds us of so many who’ve sacrificed themselves so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we have today, but how do we challenge ourselves to take advantage of those sacrifices and freedoms and move beyond complacency? There are so many of us who have dreams and goals, but don’t know where to start, how to create a plan of action, or just simply reluctant to doing the work.
