Smithfield Library Thanksgiving Giveaway Winner to Be Announced November 22

The Smithfield Branch Library is inviting patrons to sign up for its 2021 Thanksgiving Giveaway. The winner of a $25 gift card will be announced during the holiday week on Monday, November 22.

You can sign up participating in the raffle display during library hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Smithfield Library, #1 8th Avenue West. 

 Smithfield Library Branch Manager Sequoria Lewis, who began managing the branch in July, says the giveaway will continue a long-standing tradition at Smithfield Library for giving back to the community in various ways. 

"We all have experienced difficult times in some form or fashion since the pandemic began in March 2020," Lewis said. "Although this giveaway has a 4-year history, this year will be special. I have an opportunity to serve a new community."
