If you want to be a successful small business owner, you need to know how to engage with customers online in order to continue to generate leads, make sales, and grow revenue. To make this happen, your online presence should be geared towards ensuring that customers can find accurate, up to date information about your local business on Google Search and Google Maps, no matter which device they use.

In this virtual marketing webinar, participants will explore Google My Business, a free tool for local businesses and nonprofits that want to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. This is a deeper dive into Google My Business profiles and the many features and tools you can use to do business directly from the Search page with customers and prospects.

Webinar participants will learn:

 - Why an accurate up-to-date Google My Business Profile is critical in today’s economy
 - How to sell products and services directly from the search page
 - How to attract and engage customers and turn them into raving fans
 - A step-by-step guide to creating and verifying the perfect Google My Business profile

Led by Grow with Google Speaker and Trainer Demming Bass, this is a "can't miss" webinar customized for local businesses and nonprofits including additional ideas and strategies on how to market online during and after the COVID-19 crisis. Before becoming a Grow with Google trainer for Alabama, the Carolinas, and Georgia, Demming enjoyed an award-winning career as a chamber of commerce executive and led Constant Contact's marketing efforts across six states in the Southeast.

To date he's trained more than 10,000 small businesses, nonprofits, and chambers on how to be better marketers. In addition to his role with Google, Demming is a StoryBrand Certified Guide where he works with clients around the world to improve and clarify their brand messaging strategy.
