The BPL Best Sellers Club Now Available For Pick Up At Any JCLC Library

With the cold weather setting in, there is no better time to snuggle in with a good book! But every time a new book is released by your favorite author, there are a hundred holds already on it, so you won't get to read it for a LONG time.

How can you be one of the first to read the new releases from the most popular authors? Easy—join the Birmingham Public Library's (BPL) Best Sellers Club!

You can fill out the form in person at any BPL branch, or you can sign up online by going to cobpl.org/services/BestSellers!

But really, what is this Best Sellers Club?

BPL has curated a list of over 90 of the most requested authors. When these authors' latest book is released, we place holds for every Best Sellers Club member who has requested the author before other patrons know the books are coming out.

You can be among the first to read those new releases!

And to better serve our library patrons, the Birmingham Public Library's Best Sellers Book Club is pleased to announce patrons can now pick up their book club holds at any JCLC library. If you are already a member and want to pick up at a JCLC library outside of our BPL system, or if you left the club because you couldn't get the books sent out of the BPL system, we are happy to work with you!
