On March 26, the library will host a program featuring A. Faye Boykin, a distinguished author renowned for portrayal of Harriet Tubman, a pivotal figure in American history known for her courageous efforts in leading slaves to freedom through the Undergrown Railroad. Scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, at Titusville Branch, located at #2 6th Avenue Southwest, this event marks the return of A. Faye Boykin to the city.
Boykin, a celebrated elocutionist, bestselling author, international speaker, soft skills trainer, and NNA certified notary, hails originally from Brewton, Alabama, and currently resides in the metropolitan area of Birmingham. She is embarking on a noteworthy Tabletop Book Lecture Tour celebrating the contributions of African Americans to society.
