ACE the ACT With The Birmingham Public Library!

Flyer for the ACT Prep Workshop at the Springville Road Regional Branch Library on Saturday, March 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The ACT test is often required for college admissions and scholarships, yet it is a dreaded and anxiety-filled experience for many high school students. The Birmingham Public Library (BPL) is ready to help with our ACT Prep Workshop taking place on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Springville Road Regional Branch Library, 1224 Springville Rd. 

Attendees will learn test-taking strategies and take a full-length practice ACT exam. The cost will be $30.00, including test preparation materials, a calculator, and lunch. Tickets are required and available through Eventbrite. The deadline to register is this Friday, March 15.

Additionally, the Birmingham Public Library offers ACT study guides for you to check out. You can also access free, online tutorials through the LearningExpress Library College Admissions Test Preparation database on your library's public use computers or remotely with your library card.
