September Reed to Hold Henna Tattoo Workshops @BPL Summer Learning
September Reed, owner of Whimmmsy, will be presenting 18 free workshops as part of BPL's 2019 Summer Learning programs. Reed will give a series of workshops geared for teens and another focused on adults. During the classes, Reed will discuss the history of henna, the process of creating paste, and show examples of various tattoos. Participants will get a chance to apply a fresh henna tattoo on themselves.
