The October edition of the Birmingham Public Library's SCORE small business development program has been moved to Tuesday, October 18, at 12:00 p.m. in the Central Library's Arrington Auditorium. It was originally scheduled for Tuesday, October 25.The topic of the 10/18 presentation is "How To Write A Business Plan." The program is free, and everyone interested in starting their own business is welcome to attend.
