Friends of the BPL Bookstore Fall Sale Kicks Off at Central Library on Tuesday, October 4

 

Want to get a head-start on 2022 holiday gifts for friends and family? Then take advantage of the BPL Friends Bookstore Fall Book Sale, kicking off at the Central Library downtown on Tuesday, October 4. 

The sale will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Tuesday, October 4 through Thursday, October 6. Shop our $15 bag sale (plus tax) and we will have a $6 bag sale (plus tax) as well. 

Come check out the selection of DVD's, LP's, CD's and books for everyone! We will have a special gift table, vintage books, and even some books  to help those who are decorating their homes!

We have an amazing inventory of children's books including easy readers, early chapter books, and great older elementary fiction. We are not leaving the teens out of this sale either - plenty of fiction for these young readers. Adults, it's your turn to shop till you drop! 

There will be tables of mystery, science fiction, fantasy, and all your favorite authors. There is plenty of non-fiction to select from as well.

Proceeds benefit the Friends Foundation of the Birmingham Public Library, a nonprofit that  runs the BPL Friends  Bookstore and supports programs and services provided by BPL.
