Do you want to learn more about staying healthy? Do you have unanswered medical questions?

Come to the West End Branch Library to visit with a Cahaba Medical Care Doctor for a short health talk. These programs take place on the first Wednesday of every month at 11:00 a.m.

Doctors will provide short health talks about wellness, physical health, nutrition, exercise, and more.

At the first program, held on Wednesday, October 5, Dr. Ernestine Clements and Dr. Clara Formby discussed ideas for futures classes and took suggestions from participants.
