Birmingham, Ala. - We are only days away from 2023 A Novel Tasting, presented by signature sponsor NUCOR. This special event takes place on Thursday, April 6, at 6:00 p.m. at the Birmingham Public Library’s downtown Central Library, 2100 Park Place.
This fun-filled evening will feature a tasting of fine wines, locally crafted beers, and distilled spirits. Guests will also enjoy live music, catered food, a silent auction, Cryptic Corks prizes, complimentary drinks, a cigar bar, 360-photo booth, and VIP reception.
WBRC Fox 6 Reporter JehJeh Pruitt will emcee, and jazz guitarist Eric Essix will perform at the event. We have an incredible silent auction lined up for our guests.
Below, we highlight some items that our guests will have the opportunity to bid on and take home:

• Gorgeous jewelry from Levy’s Fine Jewelry and Diamonds Direct
• Dining at some of metro Birmingham’s finest restaurants, including Gianmarco’s, Bottega, and Ocean
• Realist and abstract paintings by local Birmingham artists, including Amy Peterson, who painted an oil rendition of Ezra Winter murals in the BPL’s Southern History Department
• Enjoy a memorable stay at the luxurious Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa on Alabama’s Gulf Coast
