NUCOR To Be The Signature Sponsor Of The Birmingham Public Library's 2nd Annual A Novel Tasting

The Birmingham Public Library (BPL) is proud to announce that NUCOR will be the Signature Sponsor for the second annual A Novel Tasting. This BPL fundraising event will take place on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at downtown's Central Library. Tickets may be purchased on Eventbrite.

The BPL's A Novel Tasting is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The VIP reception begins at 5:00 p.m., followed by the main event at 6:00 p.m. The evening will feature a tasting of fine wines, craft beers, and distilled spirits from such local companies as Southern Roots Wines, Ghost Train Brewing Company, and Redmont Distilling Company, to name just a few. Guests will enjoy live music by jazz guitarist Eric Essix, elegant catered food, a silent auction, complimentary drinks, a 360-photo booth, and an outside cigar bar. Jeh Jeh Pruitt of WBRC Fox 6 News will serve as emcee. 

Participation in A Novel Tasting will help the Birmingham Public Library provide the community with the highest-quality experience of lifelong learning, cultural enrichment, and enjoyment. Proceeds from the event will fund programs and services at all BPL locations.
