BPL 2024 Holiday Happenings Spotlight: Springville Road Regional Library
Happy Holidays from all of us at the Birmingham Public Library.
Fourteen BPL locations are hosting 80 plus free holiday programs and activities for library patrons of all ages. The BPL PR Department is doing spotlights on our libraries hosting holiday programs.
Today's spotlight is on Springville Road Regional Library, 1224 Old Springville Road.
Among Springville Road Library's many activities is District 1 Councilor Clinton Woods' Holiday Open House taking place next Tuesday, December 10, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. This special event features treats, activities and free photos with Santa Claus.

Come decorate a gingerbread man as your favorite book character. Contest ends on Friday, December 6. The top three winners will receive a real gingerbread house.

Shopping with Fairy Headquarters
Come and enjoy story time with the Fairy God Mother and take photos with other legendary figures! You might even catch a glimpse of Cool Santa! There will be free photo opportunities, story time, and crafts from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Be Kind Birmingham's free-to-shop boutique will be here to offer FREE SHOPPING for winter clothes and necessities between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
