How to Stay Healthy While You’re Busy

If you are in any way like me, you know how hard it is to lead a healthy lifestyle with all of the demands of juggling a career, school, and parenthood. You make all of the New Year’s resolutions in January to find out after the year has passed, you forgot to lose weight. And eating healthy is a whole other beast in itself. By the time you settle down for the evening, forget to thaw the chicken and help with homework, you’re too exhausted to turn on the oven. Below are some ways you can combat the stressors of life and get your mind and body in shape without spending hours in a gym or over the stove.
Now that you know how to stay healthy and fit, go on and do it already!
