Adventure Begins at Five Points West Regional Library: 2024 Summer Reading Spotlight
2024 Summer Reading continues at the Birmingham Public Library.
16 BPL locations across the city are hosting 256 combined Summer Reading programs for kids, teens, adults and senior citizens during June and July. The 2024 theme is "Adventure Begins at Your Library."
BPL is spotlighting each of our library's Summer Reading programs. Today's spotlight is on Five Points West Regional Library, 4812 Avenue W. Five Points West Regional is hosting 16 Summer Reading programs: 6 for youth, 5 for teens and 5 for adults- including several that have already happened.

Adult Programs
Workout Wednesdays- at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17 and July 24
Get in shape by taking advantage of Workout Wednesdays at Five Points West Library! The chair aerobics and chair yoga exercises offer a great way to stay active and healthy, especially for those with mobility issues or who may find traditional exercises challenging.
Paint Your Own Bird Suncatcher, Wednesday, July 17 at 11:30 a.m.
Looking for a fun craft? This fun, easy frame-staining activity will guarantee you window-worthy results! Registration is required.
