Details: Free and open to the public but you must be 21 or older to buy alcohol. Food and beer will be available for purchase inside Hop City. FREE beer samples will be offered from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Bards & Brews, Birmingham Public Library's popular monthly spoken-word poetry program, is going on the road to Hop City Beer & Wine in Birmingham’s Lakeview entertainment district.
Open mic poetry performances will take place from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with Brian "Voice Porter" Hawkins serving as host and emcee. Food and beer will be available for purchase inside Hop City.
