Central Library Youth Department Hosts Men of Change Mondays Through November 13

 

To complement the Men of Change Smithsonian exhibit on display at the Birmingham Public Library and the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, the Central Library Youth Department is offering a weekly programming series through November 13. 

Men of Change Mondays is a series of programs for teens that reflect the six exhibit themes: Storytellers, Myth-Breakers, Fathering, Community, Imagining, and Catalysts. This program's theme is storytelling through music. 

Men of Change Mondays is the 205 Create Lab (East Building 2nd Floor) from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The next session is today, Monday, October 2.

BPL is hosting several Men of Change programs  this fall, including a Men of Change Brothers & Bowties event at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 7. See the schedule  below.
